Amateur Athlete Training
This training sector is for those individuals seeking to become a professional athlete. Having a similar framework to the Elite athlete program, where it differs is in the details. The weekly frequency is less, however, the expectation is very high. Following true to our training pyridine, these athletes have much to learn in terms of what it takes to become a professional athlete
Personal training
Private, exclusive, and no interruptions. This is our way! Simply put, the information gathered from the individual assessment is our goal, then, we combine that information with the goals of the client and the training program begins. Exercising most days of the week with a three-month commitment is what we require.
Small Group Training
The environment for group training is unique. Once the physical fitness evaluation is complete, participants are placed in a small group for training. We have a maximum capacity of 6 individuals in each group. In addition, the frequency, which is how many days a client exercises, is based on goals and achievements. Last, the duration of the small group training session varies.
Elite Athlete Training
We understand that this is the athletes’ job, in which we provide a full set of resources for them to continue their sport. The program is concentrated on measured objectives and periodized to the last step out of the facility. Our Multidisciplinary environment allows for optimal achievement.

After the initial screening process, there are several options for our members to best achieve their health and fitness goals. Movement Performance Centre offers One-on-One private Coaching sessions designed and implemented by our specialists to meet our client’s specific goals. Group training sessions to a maximum of 6 people are also offered to our members, creating a fun and motivating environment.

Our Training Philosophy
Our philosophies help our clients realize their ultimate health and strength and conditioning goals through an individualized, evidence-informed approach. Drawing from the fields of biomechanics, exercise physiology and rehabilitation therapy, each client is taken through an extensive biomechanical and metabolic assessment, identifying movement pattern dysfunctions, muscle imbalances, and cardiovascular capacity. This information is used to establish a safe, effective and efficient exercise program to meet all health and fitness goals.

An athlete’s success lies within their foundation. Movement behavour is just that. MPC welcomes all new training athletes to our faculty. The goal is to have each individual quickly understand the performance training environment.

When understood, an athlete’s timeline, for development, is crucial. MPC works backward from the competition date, meaning the athletes’ program will be managed accurately and efficiently.
Athlete Availability
Preventing injury is imperative. MPC training Athletes’ can only be successful if available and ready. Combining a multidisciplinary staff and a measured approach determines this result.

Performance Therapy
Identifying where the source of pain or dysfunction comes from is our duty. Regardless of what the outcome is, surgery, on-field injury, or just a fluke accident, our mission is to get you back. Understanding the individual’s timeline to return and the research supporting the injury provides a clear path for athletes to regain all their function and performance in a measured plan.
Professional Athletes
Jump high, run fast or increase strength for your sport, you will need commitment. Our professional athlete programs are down to a science. We require athletes to show up, on time, work as instructed, and manage their lifestyle in order for the process to repeat and the athlete to develop.
Strength Training for Women
When a training program is measured the client will feel safe and enjoy the benefits of strength training. The weight room environment at Movement Performance Centre is very clean, spacious, and welcoming
Group Training
The Group Training has limited participants, all individualized programming, and an inviting atmosphere. Weekly regimens are the most common, where clients participate in Group Fitness Training three to four times a week. This sector has a wide variety of people who come for the need of structure and balance in their life.
Corrective Exercise Strategy
Having the accessibility of a multidisciplinary facility, we use any realm of video, software, or tool to create change in the athletes movement behaviour, athletic performance, and physical skill.
Conditioning
We understand and respect that all individuals when receiving Fitness Coaching want to feel the burn, we get it, loud and clear. However, the element of extreme fatigue and exhaustion needs to be useful. We utilize conditioning in a variety of ways for the athlete to perform, recover and repeat.
